Monthly Mastermind Sessions: The Core of How Members Grow
Monthly mastermind sessions are the foundation of the WIN NOW Network experience. Each mastermind meets for a two-hour facilitated discussion where members bring real challenges, opportunities, and decisions to the table. There are no presentations to sit through or lectures to absorb. The conversation is shaped by the experiences, questions, and perspectives of the women in the room.
The small mastermind format, capped at ten women per group, creates familiarity that allows conversations to become more candid over time. Professional facilitators guide each discussion, helping the group ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, and keep conversations productive. Members leave each session with fresh perspectives, practical ideas they can apply immediately, and a clear understanding of the commitments they'll carry into the month ahead.
Strengthening Relationships Throughout the Year
Quarterly In-Person Experiences
Two Multi-Day Retreats
Two annual retreats offer dedicated time away from the demands of daily work. Members participate in leadership development, guided discussions, and collaborative activities while also having space for reflection and meaningful conversations that often continue long after the scheduled sessions end.
Retreats are intentionally smaller than traditional conferences. Rather than moving from presentation to presentation, members spend time with the same group of women they've come to know throughout the year, creating opportunities for deeper discussion and stronger connections. Travel and lodging expenses for retreats are separate from the monthly membership investment.
Two Intentional Day Experiences
Between retreats, members gather for two in-person day experiences that help maintain the momentum built during monthly sessions. These gatherings offer time to reconnect, continue conversations, and strengthen relationships without waiting months for the next retreat.
By meeting throughout the year in different settings, you’ll develop connections that extend beyond scheduled mastermind sessions and become an ongoing source of support, perspective, and encouragement.
The Private Member Community: A Trusted Space to Work Through What's Real
Between monthly mastermind sessions, members stay connected through a private community built for leaders navigating the home improvement industry. This is a curated, trust-based environment where members know each other by name, business, and shared challenges.

How Membership Works
WIN NOW Network is intentionally selective. Membership is offered to women who are committed to their own growth, invested in supporting others, and ready to contribute to the strength of the community. Expressing interest is the first step, not a guarantee of acceptance.
Prospective members participate in a conversation to determine whether the membership is the right fit for both sides. Referrals from current members are also considered, helping preserve the culture, trust, and shared commitment that define each mastermind.
Each mastermind is limited to ten members. Keeping groups small allows relationships to develop naturally over time and gives every member the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to each conversation.
