There are simply not enough spaces for women in home improvement to connect with true peers who understand the challenges, opportunities, and responsibility that come with leading in this industry.

The WIN NOW Membership Experience
What You Get
Membership is designed to support your growth throughout the year. Every part of your experience is intentionally connected, giving you opportunities to learn, build relationships, stay accountable, and continue developing alongside women who understand the realities of leadership in the home improvement industry.
Monthly Mastermind Sessions
Each month, members come together for two-hour facilitated mastermind sessions focused on leadership, business challenges, and shared learning. These conversations create accountability, fresh perspective, and practical ideas you can apply immediately.
Quarterly In-Person Experiences
Four times each year, members connect face-to-face through two multi-day retreats and two intentional day experiences. These gatherings strengthen relationships, encourage deeper conversations, and create space to step away from the demands of work and invest in your own leadership. (Travel and retreat expenses are separate from membership.)
Private Member Community
Leadership doesn't happen once a month. Between mastermind sessions, members stay connected through a private community where they exchange ideas, ask questions, celebrate wins, and support one another through everyday challenges.
Weekly Leadership Resources
Every week, members receive curated leadership insights, reflection prompts, practical tools, and resources designed to reinforce learning and encourage continued growth between meetings.
Resource Library & Workshops
Members have ongoing access to a growing collection of leadership resources, business tools, workshop recordings, and expert-led sessions covering topics like communication, emotional intelligence, negotiation, mindset, culture, and leadership development.

Membership Is Selective by Design
WIN NOW is built around small, trusted masterminds where meaningful relationships can develop over time. Joining begins with a conversation to ensure the community is the right fit—for both you and the women you'll learn alongside.
Each mastermind is limited to 10 members, creating the trust, openness, and accountability that make honest leadership conversations possible. Some members join through referrals, while others discover WIN NOW and reach out directly.
