Briana Hetherington and Jennifer Lau-Hatcher founded WIN NOW Network after recognizing a gap in the home improvement industry. Throughout their careers, they saw talented women in entrepreneurial and executive roles leading successful organizations while often lacking a trusted community of peers who truly understood the industry's unique challenges.
That shared observation became the foundation for WIN NOW Network. By combining Jennifer's expertise in business strategy, innovation, and organizational growth with Briana's background in leadership development, culture, and human potential, they created a community where accomplished women can strengthen their leadership, exchange ideas, and grow alongside women who understand both the business and personal realities of leadership, specifically in home improvement.
Briana Hetherington, Co-Founder
Briana Hetherington has built her career helping organizations grow by developing their greatest asset: their people. As the founder of Altruistic Advisory, she partners with businesses to strengthen leadership, align teams, implement effective systems, and foster cultures where both individuals and organizations can thrive. Her work blends strategic thinking with a people-first approach, helping leaders navigate change with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Briana also co-founded Calm Water Bath, inspired by her own experiences with the stress and uncertainty that can accompany home improvement projects. She envisioned a different kind of remodeling experience, one built around clear communication, integrity, intentionality, and genuine care for the homeowner.
Driven by a belief that sustainable success starts from within, Briana brings expertise in leadership development, organizational strategy, marketing, technology implementation, and culture building. She is deeply passionate about helping leaders embrace innovation without losing sight of authenticity, creating environments where trust, accountability, and personal growth fuel long-term business success.

As Co-Founder of 1&Fund, she helped reshape how the home improvement industry approaches financing and process improvement, bringing fresh thinking to an industry often resistant to change. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams, developed leaders, and launched initiatives that create lasting business impact.
What distinguishes Jennifer is her ability to pair big-picture strategy with practical execution. She has trained hundreds of professionals, introduced the industry's first gamified learning experience focused on financing while at a major bank, and helped organizations build the systems, confidence, and leadership needed to grow sustainably. She has earned this experience by driving change from within organizations—not simply advising from the outside.
